This policy explains cancellation and refund terms for FelixMail subscriptions. Your subscription is billed per mailbox, monthly.
14-day free trial
Your subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not billed.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription anytime from the panel. Service remains active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew afterwards.
Usage-based billing
Pricing is based on your number of active mailboxes. Adding a mailbox applies a prorated charge for the remaining period; removing one credits the remaining period prorata.
Refunds
Payments are collected and invoiced through our Merchant of Record payment provider. For incorrect or duplicate charges, contact us within 14 days of the charge; eligible requests are refunded. No refunds are issued for service periods already used.

Cancel via Panel → Billing → “Manage subscription”, or by emailing the address below.
