Reading comfort, search and notifications

A font size setting on all three clients, a rewritten search, and browser notifications that arrive with the app closed.

Migration tools and list ordering

Migration from an old server was reworked; the list is now sorted by actual date.

Appearance settings gathered in one place; billing moved to per-mailbox.
