How pricing works

  • Per-mailbox pricing. A flat monthly fee for each mailbox. No usage-based surprises on your invoice.
  • Aliases are free. Addresses like `info@`, `sales@` and `support@` are not separate mailboxes — they deliver into an existing one at no extra cost.
  • TRY-based pricing. Billing is in Turkish lira, so next year's cost is known today as long as your headcount holds.
  • Two months free on annual billing. Choosing annual means paying for 10 months instead of 12.
  • No commitment lock-in. You can reduce mailbox count as your needs change — no paying out the term for staff who have left.
  • Local card payments. Processed through iyzico, so no cross-border fees and no service suspension from a declined payment.

How many mailboxes do you need?

This is the only question that drives your invoice — and most companies count more than they need. Split your addresses in two: real people who need their own inbox, and role addresses that belong to no single employee (`info@`, `sales@`, `support@`, `billing@`, `careers@`). The second group becomes free aliases. You only pay for the first.

What we don't sell

To be clear: FelixMail is not an office suite. No document editor, no spreadsheets, no video conferencing, no cloud file storage. We do one thing — set up, deliver and manage email on your own domain. If you need Word or Google Docs, keep them. The two are independent: your domain's mail is decided by its MX record, not by your office subscription.

Work out your real cost

If you're comparing providers, don't compare list prices — compare real cost per mailbox. Four steps:

  1. Find your total annual spend, including currency drift and your bank's cross-border transaction fees.
  2. Subtract dead licences left over from departed staff and any unused mailboxes.
  3. Don't count role addresses (`info@`, `sales@`) as separate mailboxes — with most providers these can be aliases.
  4. Divide what's left by 12 and by your real mailbox count. That figure is your true monthly cost per mailbox — compare with that.

Frequently asked questions

Is pricing per mailbox?

Yes. You pay a flat monthly fee for each mailbox. Aliases — secondary addresses like info@ or sales@ — are free and don't count as mailboxes.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Annual billing charges for 10 months instead of 12 — two months free. Paying annually doesn't lock you in; you can still change your mailbox count.

Can I reduce the number of mailboxes later?

Yes. There is no commitment lock-in — when someone leaves you close the mailbox and the charge stops. This is one of the clearest differences from annual-commitment providers.

What happens if storage fills up?

Standard gives 10 GB per mailbox and Pro gives 50 GB, and all of it belongs to email — it isn't shared with file storage or photos. If a mailbox needs more room, upgrade that mailbox to Pro.

Are office apps (Word, Excel) included?

No. FelixMail provides email infrastructure only — no document editor, spreadsheets or video conferencing. If you need those, keep your existing subscription; separating email does not affect your office plan.

How can I pay?

Payments are taken from local cards through iyzico. You avoid cross-border transaction fees and the risk of service suspension from a declined international payment.

Is there a trial?
