This policy explains how your personal data is processed when using FelixMail services. Your data is processed in compliance with applicable law.
Data collected
Contact details (name, company, email, phone), verification documents (tax registration, etc.) and technical service-usage data.
Purpose of processing
Application review, service delivery, verification, billing, security and legal obligations.
Data retention
Data is hosted on secure servers and encrypted. Verification documents are stored only for verification and deleted when no longer needed.
Retention and deletion of email content
Email content in your mailboxes is retained for as long as your subscription continues. Only you can access your emails; our staff does not view your content except where technically unavoidable to provide the service or at your explicit request. If your service is suspended for non-payment, your emails are NOT deleted; they continue to be stored in your mailbox. 180 days after the suspension date you receive a final warning, and 30 days after that warning (approximately 7 months in total) the mailbox and all emails within it are permanently deleted. This period is set to allow a reasonable transition after the purpose of processing has ceased. Deletion is irreversible; you may request a copy of your archive before the deletion date.
When an account is closed
The retention and deletion periods above also apply if you end your subscription voluntarily. Billing and accounting records are additionally retained for the statutory periods required by tax legislation; those records do not include email content.
